Simon Le Wita intervenes in commercial, banking and financial litigation and in debt restructuring insolvency and bankruptcy proceedings, particularly within the framework of international transactions.

He advises credit institutions and French and foreign investment funds as well as insurers, property companies, lease-finance and factoring institutions, suppliers, etc.

Admitted to the Paris Bar in 2005, Simon Le Wita graduated from the ESSEC (2007) and holds an advanced degree (DEA) in business law and economics from the University of Paris I Panthéon-Sorbonne (2004).

He joined the firm as an associate in 2007 and was appointed as Counsel in 2018.

He is the co-author with Barbara Levy of “Le choix de la médiation dans les litiges industriels”, L’Usine Nouvelle, 3rd March 2014; and with Paul Talbourdet of “First assessment of the Court of Appeal’s procedural reform” Décideurs Stratégie Finance Droit, February 2013.

He co-wrote with Jacques Henrot an article entitled : «Financement LBO et Entreprises en difficulté », Revue du droit bancaire et financier, june 2008.
