L’équipe Contentieux des affaires du Cabinet, composée de 6 associés et d’une dizaine de collaborateurs spécialisés, accompagne les entreprises et leurs dirigeants à toutes les étapes des situations conflictuelles auxquelles ils peuvent être confrontés.

Elle représente les clients du Cabinet devant toutes les juridictions civiles, pénales et administratives françaises, les instances européennes, les institutions d’arbitrage françaises et internationales ainsi que devant les autorités administratives investies de pouvoirs disciplinaires, juridictionnels ou d’enquête.

À l’occasion d’opérations d’acquisitions, de fusions ou de rapprochements, l’équipe intervient pour auditer les dossiers contentieux, ainsi que les procédures internes d’identification, de traitement et de règlement des litiges des sociétés concernées.
