De Pardieu has advised Batipart Europe on the acquisition of the Magnetik office building, located at 9 boulevard Romain‑Rolland, on the border between Montrouge and the 14th arrondissement of Paris and on the structuring of the partnership formed on that occasion with three funds managed by Sofidy.

Developing a surface area of nearly 34,000 sq.m across two buildings, the asset benefits from a high occupancy rate and hosts several prime tenants, including Chronopost, MSC Croisières, Jacquet Brossard, B&B and Institut Mines‑Télécom.

This transaction marks the first collaboration between Batipart Europe and Sofidy which intend to implement a long-term holding and value-enhancement strategy for this office asset, notably through works aimed at improving its energy performance.
