Benoit Menez advises French and international groups (property companies (SIIC and OPCI), hotel groups, opportunistic funds and medium to long-term investment funds and property developers) on tax law matters.
Benoit Menez has a recognized expertise in the structuring of complex transactions, acquisitions and real estate tax law.
He joined the Tax team of De Pardieu in 2018 and was appointed as counsel in 2023.
