Guillaume Petit advises credit institutions, companies and their managers as well as court-appointed agents in France and abroad. His practice focuses on distressed companies with a particular emphasis on debt restructuring, out-of-court and court-monitored insolvency proceedings and distressed M&A. He is also experienced in insolvency litigation (responsibility for asset shortfall, extension of proceedings, etc…) or commercial litigation.
He routinely lectures on the Masters 2 program in Business Law and Dispute Resolution of the University Sorbonne Paris Nord.
He joined the Insolvency – Restructuring team of De Pardieu in 2021.
