Justine Minguet advises French and international clients and specializes in banking and financial regulation, asset management and insurance law  (authorizations and passports, shareholding modifications, portfolio transferts , distribution of financial products, governance).

In addition to traditional financial institutions, Justine Minguet is also experienced in advsing fintechs on their rules of organization and good conduct and she assists companies with compliance issues (LCB-FT, anti-corruption, whistle-blowing, etc.) and foreign investment control.

She joined the Debt Finance / Banking and Financial Regulation team of De Pardieu as an associate in 2021.
