Priscillia Negre assists French and international clients, including private operators (real estate companies, property developers) and public authorities on urban planning law and public real estate law in both advisory and litigation matters.
She has a recognized expertise in the structuring of complex real estate transactions (creation of mixed-use districts, tertiary buildings, retail complexes, coliving residences). Her practice covers regulatory and operational town planning, commercial development, approval for business premises, changes of intended use or public-access buildings as well public domain issues and land control (expropriation, preemption).
She is also experienced in advising the Firm’s clients on project-related environmental issues, with a particular focus on listed facilities, water law, derogations from the prohibition against the destruction of protected species and land-clearing permits. She is able to handle both advisory and litigation matters involving the obtaining, transfer, implementation or termination of the permits.
In charge of training sessions in urban planning law for clients, Priscillia is the author of several articles and publications in her practice areas. She also lectures on urban planning law at the EFB (Ecole de Formation du Barreau).
She joined the Real Estate team of De Pardieu as an associate in 2017.
