Alexandre Vermynck specialises in corporate litigation.

He has extensive experience in representing companies, their shareholders and senior executives in M&A disputes, as well as complex commercial cases.

Former first Secretaire de la Conférence of the Paris Bar, he also assists his clients in connection with white-collar proceedings.

Before joining De Pardieu Brocas Maffei as partner in January 2023, Alexandre Vermynck practised within the law firms Weil, Gotshal & Manges LLP (2009-2017) and Davis Polk & Wardwell (2017-2022)

Alexandre Vermynck graduated from the University Paris X and the Institut d’Etudes Politiques of Paris.
