Cédric Chanas specialises in mergers and acquisitions and stock exchange regulations. He advises issuers and investment funds in connection with private equity transactions as well as French and foreign listed companies and industrial groups in connection with M&A and restructuring transactions and strategic projects. He also handles mergers and acquisitions and stock exchange litigation matters.
Admitted to the Paris Bar in 2005, he holds an advanced degree (DESS) of Business legal counsel from the University of Paris XI – HEC (2004), a Master’s degree in business law from the University of Paris II Panthéon-Assas (2003) and graduated from the IEP of Paris (2001).
He joined the firm in 2009 as an associate and was co-opted as a partner in 2013.
