Specialised in banking and finance, Christophe Gaillard mainly handles acquisition financing, syndicated and structured financing matters. He also handles derivatives transactions, such as equity derivative products used in employee equity participation plans.

Admitted to the Paris Bar in 1997, he holds an advanced degree (DESS) in applied taxation from the University of Paris V René Descartes (1994) and an advanced degree (DEA) in economic and business law from the University of Paris I Panthéon-Sorbonne (1993). Before joining De Pardieu Brocas Maffei in 2001, Christophe Gaillard started his career in the banking and finance litigation field as an associate at Lussan Brouillaud (1996-2001).

He was co-opted as a partner in 2006.
