Corentin Coatalem intervenes banking, finance and securities and particularly intervenes within the field of structured, acquisition and syndicated finance and debt restructuring.
He is also a specialist of derivatives and particularly of equity derivatives.
He regularly advises finance and derivatives teams of financial institutions in Paris and corporate clients of the firm in connection with their financings (including their Euro PP issues). He also intervenes in large-scale debt restructuring operations. .
Admitted to the Paris Bar in 2002, he holds an advanced degree in business law (DJCE) from the University of Paris II Panthéon-Assas (2000) and an advanced degree in tax and business law (DESS) from the University of Paris I Panthéon-Sorbonne-HEC (1999).
