Emmanuel Fatôme intervenes in real estate and real estate finance. His practice also covers banking law.

Admitted to the Paris Bar in 1992, Emmanuel graduated from HEC (1991) and holds a master degree in civil law from the University of Paris II Panthéon-Assas (1991). He joined the firm as an associate in 1995. He was coopted as a partner in 2000 and was elected as Managing Partner in January 2017.

He is also the author of several articles in his practice areas and he was lectured.

Emmanuel Fatôme has been distinguished as “Lawyer of the Year” in Real Estate law (2018 and 2011) in Investment (2020 and 2018) and in Finance Law (2015) for France by the rankings Best lawyers.
