An M&A lawyer with nearly 25 years of experience in securities law and equity capital markets, Etienne Boursican mainly assists French and international clients in securities law, corporate governance and financial communication, as well as in transactional matters and equity capital market financings.

Furthermore, he represents issuers as well as their executive officers in stock market-related litigation.

Admitted to the Paris Bar in 1998, he holds a DEA from the University of Paris I – Panthéon-Sorbonne and an LL.M. from Georgetown University.

Before joining De Pardieu Brocas Maffei in January 2022, Etienne Boursican had been a partner at Orrick since 2013. He began his career at Jones Day then Willkie Farr & Gallagher, in Paris and New York, and joined SJ Berwin as a partner in 2009.
