Jean-Renaud Cazali intervenes in project finance and structured finance. He advises banks and financial institutions in France and abroad.

Admitted to the Paris Bar in 2001, he holds an advanced degree (DESS) in business and tax law from the University of Paris II Panthéon-Assas (1998). He joined the firm in 2001.

He was co-opted as a partner in 2008.

He is the author of “Project Finance in Civil Law Jurisdictions”, International Project Finance: Law and Practice,Oxford University Press, 2011 & 2014.
