Minguet

Justine Minguet is specialised in banking, financial markets regulations and regulatory matters. She advises French and foreign banks, assets management companies and investment funds concerning their structures, their products and their regulatory framework (prudential ratios, internal control, conduct of business rules…).

Member of the Paris Bar since January 2020, Justine holds postgraduate degree in in-depth Corporate Law (122) from the University of Paris IX – Dauphine (2017) and a Master’s degree in Business Law from the University of Paris II – Panthéon-Assas (2016).

She joined De Pardieu Brocas Maffei as associate in September 2021.
