Sébastien Boullier de Branche intervenes in banking and financial law, particularly on acquisition finance and syndicated and structured finance transactions.

Admitted to the Paris Bar in 2004, he holds a LL.M in Corporate and Commercial Law from King’s College (London) and an advanced degree (DESS-DJCE) in tax and business law from the University of Poitiers (2002).

He joined the firm as an associate in 2004, was appointed as Counsel in 2015 and as Partner in 2018.
