Thomas Bréart de Boisanger specialises in mergers and acquisitions, corporate and securities law. He advises listed and unlisted companies on French and international transactions.

Admitted to the Paris Bar in 1999, he holds an advanced degree in international management from the ESCP (1997) and a master’s degree in business and tax law (1995) and an advanced degree in tax law (1996) from the University of Paris II Panthéon-Assas.

He joined the firm as an associate in 1999 and was co-opted as a partner in 2007.
