Regulated Industrial Activities
The Firm’s Public Law team lends its expertise to major industrial groups, banks, service providers, State and local authorities, and State-controlled enterprises, in France and abroad, in connection with matters involving public contracts and complex contractual structures.
With thorough knowledge of the public and regulated sectors, the team’s specialized lawyers primarily advise on issues in regulated business sectors, such as energy, telecommunications, postal services and transportation, among others, as well as in public services (water treatment, waste management, utilities and public transportation).
The team also assists clients in their dealings with sector-based regulatory authorities (CSA, CRE, ARCEP, ARAF, among others).
Moreover, the team possesses significant expertise in environmental law, which allows it to advise project leaders in obtaining the needed regulatory approvals and in carrying out required environmental audits.
