The “Real Estate and Real Estate Finance” team handles issues involving urban planning and development, encompassing a full spectrum of regulatory and contractual considerations.
The team contributes its expert knowledge to other practice groups of the Firm, but is mainly involved in real estate transactions.
In addition, the team handles all types of disputes related to urban planning (regulatory urban planning and occupation permits) and related zoning permits (permits for retail activities, for office/business activity, for change of use, for industrial sites subject to certain environmental protection regulations, etc.).
