Barbara Levy has a recognized practice in the fields of intellectual property law, distribution law, and more generally business law and industrial litigation. She advises and represents French and foreign companies in various sectors (telecommunications, luxury goods, energy…).
Admitted to the Paris Bar in 1990, she holds an advanced degree (DEA) in international private law from the University of Paris II Panthéon-Assas, with a specialization in international commercial arbitration. She graduated from ESCP Europe – CMAP with the “Certification of Arbitrator” (2018).
She joined the firm De Pardieu Brocas Maffei in 2009 as a partner.
She is a member of the International Trademark Association (INTA), of the International Bar Association (IBA) and of the Women’s Forum for the Economy and Society.
