2 – Purposes of processing and legal bases for processing?

Your personal data is collected for legitimate purposes.

  • providing our services to you pursuant to the performance of any contract that you have entered into with us further to this information request;

4 – How long personal data is retained for?

The Firm will keep your personal data for the following periods:

  • for data collected for the purpose of managing your information requests: for the period required to process the information request, then 3 years after the last contact;
  • for data collected for the purpose of managing our contractual relationship: for the term of the contractual relationship and during the applicable limitation period (generally 5 years);
  • for data collected for the purpose of managing your job applications: for the period required to process the application and 2 years after the last contact;
  • when cookies are stored on your terminal while you are browsing the Site: 13 months as from collection.

5 – Your rights in relation to your personal data
