Nelly Achille advises investment funds, industrial groups, debt funds, family-owned businesses, and French and international management teams, specialising primarily in corporate law, mergers and acquisitions, and private equity.
Nelly advises on external growth transactions and the acquisition of majority and minority stakes, particularly in the context of LBOs, reorganisations and capital restructuring, supporting a diverse client base comprising industrial groups, funds and shareholders. Her practice is characterised by a detailed understanding of transactional and governance issues, as well as an ability to handle cross-functional matters drawing on the firm’s range of expertise.
She joined De Pardieu’s Corporate and M&A team in 2019.
