The Chetrit Group LLC purchases the Garden Beach Hotel located in Juan-les-Pins from Partouche Group

Advising the American group The Chetrit Group LLC in connection with the acquisition of the Garden Beach hotel located in Juan-les-Pins from Partouche Group for an aggregate price of 30 million euros.

Partouche Group remains the owner of the company operating the casino, i.e., SA Eden Beach Casino.

The Garden Beach Hotel offers 175 very comfortable guest rooms, including 17 renovated suites on 5 floors, two restaurants, a spa and benefits from a private beach and a view on the Lérins Islands and the Cap d’Antibes.
