De Pardieu Brocas Maffei advisors to Orège in connection with the simplified public tender offer initiated by Eren

De Pardieu Brocas Maffei has advised Orège, a company listed on the regulated market of Euronext Paris and active in the development of innovative technological solutions for the treatment of complex effluents and sludge, in connection with the simplified public tender offer initiated by Eren over the balance of the company’s shares not held by the latter and the shareholders with whom it is acting in concert.

In connection with this tender offer, Eren and the shareholders with whom it is acting in concert (including the management), holding together approximately 55% of the share capital and voting rights of the company, offer to Orège’s shareholders to purchase their securities at a price of 4.20 euros per share.

The offer was opened on February 21, 2014 and will remain opened for a 10-day trading period.
