De Pardieu Brocas Maffei strengthens its Banking, Finance & Capital Markets Department with the arrival of Jeremy Grant as Partner

Jeremy Grant joins De Pardieu Brocas Maffei as Partner to reinforce the activities of its Banking, Finance & Capital Markets Department.

Jeremy Grant, 41, is a specialist in the field of capital markets. He advises issuers and underwriters on debt and equity offerings and structured financings under English and French law, with a particular emphasis on French and Emerging Markets transactions.

A solicitor of the Senior Courts of England and Wales since 2003, Jeremy is also member of the Paris Bar. He is a graduate of Oxford University.

Before joining De Pardieu Brocas Maffei in January 2016, Jeremy was Counsel at Linklaters. He has been based in Paris since 2007, having previously worked in London and Moscow.

Jeremy Grant is described by Legal500 EMEA2015 as a “key figure” in debt capital markets in France and listed as a foreign expert for Ukraine in the Chambers Global 2015.

De Pardieu Brocas Maffei now has 32 partners, including 10 partners within the Banking, Finance & Capital Markets Department.
