Advising AgroGeneration in connection with the setting-up of a financing of €20 M

Advising AgroGeneration, an international cereals and oilseeds producer, in connection with the setting-up of a financing through a reserved issue of redeemable bonds into new and/or existing shares and/or in cash (ORNANE), with stock warrants (“BSA”) attached, up to a maximum bond issuance nominal value of €20 M, over a maximum period of 36 months.

This financing was concluded with the Luxembourg fund “European High Growth Opportunities Securitization Fund”, a Luxembourg institutional investment vehicle.
