De Pardieu Brocas Maffei, a French independent business law firm, is pursuing its development strategy and consolidates its leading position on the market with the appointment of Priscilla van den Perre as Partner.

Priscilla van den Perre joined De Pardieu Brocas Maffei as Counsel in the Tax department. She works mainly for investment funds and companies of all sizes in connection with corporate transactions, in particular LBOs and restructuring projects. She is also regularly involved in the M&A transactions and has an expertise in the setting-up of investment vehicles.

The Tax team now comprises four partners (Alexandre Blestel, Emmanuel Chauve, Nadine Gelli and Priscilla van den Perre), two counsels and nine associates who work in real estate tax and in corporate tax. The Tax team also regularly works with lawyers from the firm’s other departments, including the Corporate – M&A, Real Estate, Restructuring & Insolvency and Banking & Finance teams.

With 150 lawyers – including 35 partners and 19 counsels – this appointment marks De Pardieu Brocas Maffei’s intention to pursue its development and to provide its clients with a wide range of services.

Biography:

Priscilla van den Perre, Partner, 40, member of the Paris Bar since 2005, holds a Master’s degree (DESS) in Business and Tax law from the University of Paris I Panthéon Sorbonne (2002).

She specializes in corporate tax and is regularly involved in corporate transactions, in particular LBOs and restructuring projects. She is also regularly involved in the M&A transactions and has an expertise in the setting-up of investment vehicles (private equity, debt and real estate funds).

Before joining De Pardieu Brocas Maffei in June 2017 as Counsel, Priscilla started her carreer in 2005 at Ashurst, where she became Counsel in 2014.
