Advising Aareal Bank on the financing of the acquisition by a professional real estate investment fund (OPPCI) held by leading South-Korean investors, represented by Etoile Properties from Icade, of a 49% stake in the company holding the office tower “Tour Eqho” for €365m.

Located on the edge of the circular boulevard of La Défense, the tower includes 78,500 square metres of offices and services and has 1,110 parking spaces. It is 100% leased to prime tenants
