Advising the lenders on the setting-up of an additional €2.4 billion credit facility for VINCI

De Pardieu Brocas Maffei has advisied the lenders on the setting-up of an additional €2.4 billion credit facility due to expire on 31 March 2021, with a syndicate of six banking partners for VINCI, a French global player in concessions and construction.

The amount of that facility will be increased to €3.3 billion in early May when another five banks join the syndicate.

After these various transactions, the Group Vinci will have total liquidity of more than €18 billion, including NEU CP.
