Pauline Larché-Dmitrieff is a member of the Debt Finance group.
She advises institutional and alternative lenders, as well as sponsors and borrowers(property developers, property holding companies and investment funds), on thestructuring and arrangement of investment financing (share deals and asset deals) andfinancing for the development of property assets and digital infrastructure.
She has a recognised practice in financial restructuring (out-of-court or collectiveproceedings), including the restructuring of property financing.
Pauline joined De Pardieu as an associate in 2020 and was promoted to counsel in 2025.
