De Pardieu Brocas Maffei has advisied AG Real Estate for the tax law aspects on the sale to Deka Immobilien of the office building “Theodore” fully leased to the sporting goods manufacturer Adidas, developing 3.400 sq.m which uses open-space workplaces as well as professional showrooms for presenting goods to BtoB clients. The building is located in the lively business district between the opera and stock exchange in the 9th arrondissement, close to The Saint-Lazare railway station.
