Advising ALD on an issue of EUR €500M Unsecured floating rate notes

De Pardieu Brocas Maffei has advised ALD, the global managing and operational car leasing company, on the issue of EUR €500,000,000 unsecured floating rate notes under its EUR €6,000,000,000 Euro Medium Term Notes Programme.

The notes are admitted to trading on the Luxembourg Stock Exchange’s Regulated Market.

Société Générale acted as lead manager while Banco Bilbao Vizcaya Argentaria S.A (BBVA), NatWest Markets Plc and Nordea Bank AB (publ) acted as co-managers.
