Advising Florac Investissements on its minority acquisition on the group MediaSchool, a French private higher education leader and continuous training provider for the communication, digital and media fields including almost 40 schools, in France and abroad (Bruxelles, London, Barcelone, Mérida and Bangkok), alongside Golda Darty Invest (a Belgium family office) and 123IM as co-investors. Franck Papazian, the founder and President of the Group, remains CEO and majority shareholder as part of the transaction. An unitranche debt has been structured by CIC Private Debt and Idinvest Partners (OBO)
