Advising PERCEPTIVE as initial purchaser of Medicrea International’s U.S. $30M Senior Secured Notes

De Pardieu Brocas Maffei has acted as French law advisor to PERCEPTIVE CREDIT HOLDINGS II, LP, the US-based fund focusing on the life sciences industry, as initial purchaser of U.S.$30,000,000 Senior Secured Notes due 2022 issued by MEDICREA INTERNATIONAL, the Euronext Growth listed healthcare IT firm and device manufacturer.

The Notes were accompanied by an issue of 1 million warrants granting access to ordinary shares in Medicrea International. The closing date was 27 November 2018.
