Advising the three funds PGGM Infrastructure Fund, Aberdeen Standard Investments and Core Infrastructure Fund II (managed by Vauban Infrastructure Partners), on the acquisition of  shares from SANEF and SAPN, into the capital of Autoroute de Liaison Seine Sarthe (ALIS – A28). This transaction allows PGGM Infrastructure Fund to become the controlling shareholder of ALIS.
