AMF Sustainable Finance Certification
The three coordinators of De Pardieu’s ESG, CSR and Sustainable Finance’s multi-practices group have just passed the AMF Sustainable Finance Certification:
- Alice Gaillard in Litigation and Regulators’ Litigation
- Pauline Larché-Dmitrieff in Real Estate Finance
- Justine Minguet in Regulatory
This certification process reflects De Pardieu’s teams’ involvement in assisting our clients with the setting up of green and sustainable financings and the understanding and implementation of European and local regulations in respect of Disclosure, Benchmark and Taxonomy regulations as well as sustainability reporting and new risks of liability for greenwashing deriving from such additional obligations.
