Christine Le Bihan-Graf, partner in charge of the Regulated Industrial Activities practice of the firm, former maître des requêtes at the French Council of State and former Director-General of the French Energy Regulatory Commission (Commission de Régulation de l’Energie), becomes head of the Public Law team which shall continue to offer high-level expertise in public business law.

Relying on the skills of 5 qualified lawyers, the team’s practice covers all areas of public law: economic regulation, public and administrative contracts, State aids, urban planning and development, etc.

The economic regulation practice covers all regulated industries: energy, telecommunications, media, transport, defense, healthcare, finance, etc.

The Public Law team works closely with the members of the firm’s other departments including, inter alia, Competition, PPP, Energy, Real Estate, Corporate and Infrastructures. Thanks to this multi-disciplinary approach, transactions are apprehended from an overall perspective.
