Advising Société Générale in connection with the financing of the acquisition of the Marriott Champs-Elysées Hotel by Kai Yuan Holdings Limited, company listed on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange, from Tamweelview European Holdings. The Hong-Kong company purchases the real estate and the hotel business for an aggregate provisional amount of 344 million euros.

Operated by Marriott, it is the only five-star hotel located on the Champs Elysées, offering 192 guest rooms and suites, conference rooms, several restaurants and a fitness center.
