De Pardieu Brocas Maffei has advised Crédit Mutuel Equity SCR (CME) on the acquisition of a minority stake in the Topsolid group, world leading publisher of CAD/CAM software intended for the mechanical sector (machinery, tools, etc.), sheet metal work and wood industry, and wherever a machine interacts with the material to machine, shape or produce a part.

CME has been advised by De Pardieu Brocas Maffei with a team comprising:
