Biographies:

Marie-Caroline Fauchille is a member of the Paris Bar since 2012. She graduated from ESCP Europe Business School (2010) and holds a Postgraduate degree in Business Legal advisors from the University of Paris-Sud XI (2010).

She specializes in real estate investment – particularly within the framework of sale and lease-back transactions (“externalisations”) acting for listed real estate companies and for users – property development transactions, commercial leases, real estate management and construction.

She joined De Pardieu Brocas Maffei as an associate in 2012.

 

Diane Le Chevallier is a member of the Paris Bar since 2013. She holds a Master’s degree in property and commercial law from the University of Paris I La Sorbonne (2011).

She specializes in structured finance and more particularly in real estate finance.

She joined De Pardieu Brocas Maffei as an associate in 2017 after started her career in the law firm Reed Smith LLP (2011 to 2014) and then Mayer Brown (2014 to 2017).

 

Clément Maillot-Bouvier is a member of the Paris bar since 2012. He graduated from ESSEC Business School with a MBA/MSc in Management (2012) and holds a Master’s degree in European Business Law of the University Paris II Panthéon-Assas (2009).

He advises distressed listed or non-listed companies, shareholders, creditors and investors, in connection with debt restructuring, in particular LBOs, or insolvency proceedings and distressed transactions.

He joined De Pardieu Brocas Maffei as an associate in January 2018 after started his career at Weil, Gotshal & Manges (2012-2017).
