Charles-Henri de Pardieu was admitted to the Paris Bar in 1965 and was the firm’s founding partner.

As a specialist in the field of international business law, he had extensive experience in banking and finance law, acquisitions and corporate restructurings, as well as real estate transactions. Charles-Henri de Pardieu advised major French and foreign industrial and financial groups.

He has been a member of the Council Legal Practice Division of the International Bar Association (IBA) since 2004 and served as Co-Chair of the IBA Banking Committee (E) from 1998 to 2003.

He is a member of the Advisory Board of the Center for American and International Law (Dallas, Texas), a Vice-President of the French International Legal Experts Institute – IFEJI (Paris) and a member of the board of the Association Nationale des Sociétés par Actions – ANSA (Paris).

He is also the Chairman of the Editorial Board of the European Lawyer as well as a member of the Editorial Board of Business Law International

He wrote “The road ahead”, European Lawyer n°92.
