Élise Terzibachian assists a diverse clientele of French and international operators in all areas of property law. Her practice covers property transactions (share deals and asset deals) involving all types of assets – offices, retail premises, tourist residences, etc. – as well as property management, commercial leases, construction and property development issues.
Élise holds a Master 2 degree in Real Estate Law from Paris I Panthéon-Sorbonne University.
She joined De Pardieu’s Real Estate team in 2025 as an associate.
