Enguerrand Maloisel mainly advises investment funds and French and international groups on the tax law aspects of their acquisition and financing projects. He specializes in all transactional tax-related aspects of Private Equity transactions and in the implementation of management incentive packages and employees’ profit-sharing schemes.
He joined the Tax team of De Pardieu in 2020, after a first experience in Paris and Hong Kong in an international law firm. Enguerrand was promoted counsel in 2025.
