Frédéric Keller specializes in mergers and acquisitions and securities law. He mainly advises listed and unlisted companies in the financial and insurance sectors, cooperative groups in the agri-food industry, major industrial groups and investment funds on their transactions in France and abroad.
He joined the Corporate – M&A team of De Pardieu in 2004 as an associate, was appointed as Counsel in 2013 and coopted as partner in 2016.
