Joanna Gumpelson represents a number of French and international clients (industrial groups, investment funds, credit institutions) relying on her in-depth expertise in insolvency proceedings, debt restructuring, LBO renegotiation and distressed companies.
Member of the Society of Turnaround Professionals (Association pour le Retournement des Entreprises – ARE) and Vice-Chair of the Financial Institutions Subcommittee of the International Bar Association from 2017 to 2018, Joanna Gumpelson also applies her wide-ranging expertise in commercial, banking and financial litigation, and she is the author of several articles and publications in her practice areas.
She joined the Insolvency and Restructuring team of De Pardieu as partner in 2014.
