Marion Lequien advises French and international clients (listed and unlisted property companies, investment funds, insurance companies, property developers, end-users, credit institutions) on real estate law issues with a particular focus on commercial leases and real estate transactions (share deals or asset deals) involving all types of assets (offices, retail, tourist residences, etc.).
She joined the Real Estate team of De Pardieu as an associate in 2024.
