Nelly Achille advises investment funds, industrial groups, debt funds, family-owned businesses, and French and international management teams, specialising primarily in corporate law, mergers and acquisitions, and private equity. ​

Nelly advises on external growth transactions and the acquisition of majority and minority stakes, particularly in the context of LBOs, reorganisations and capital restructuring, supporting a diverse client base comprising industrial groups, funds and shareholders. Her practice is characterised by a detailed understanding of transactional and governance issues, as well as an ability to handle cross-functional matters drawing on the firm’s range of expertise. ​

She joined De Pardieu’s Corporate and M&A team in 2019.
