Nicolas Favre specializes in mergers and acquisitions, corporate law and securities law advising listed and unlisted companies on domestic and international transactions.
He began his career in mergers and acquisitions and corporate law in Warsaw, working in the foreign office of a major French law firm.
He joined De Pardieu as an associate in 2000. He has been a partner since 2008.
