Pauline Larché-Dmitrieff is a member of the Debt Finance group.

She advises institutional and alternative lenders as well as sponsors or borrowers (developers, real estate holdings, investment funds) on the structuring and implementation of investment financings (share deal and asset deal) and development financings of real estate assets (all asset classes).

She is increasingly active in financial restructuring (out of court or insolvency proceedings), including restructuring of real estate financing.

Pauline joined De Pardieu as an associate in 2020.
