Alison Vogt advises a wide range of French and foreign companies (industrial groups, investment funds, real estate companies, etc.) operating in a variety of sectors. Her practice primarily focuses on civil and commercial litigation and distressed companies litigation in the context of out-of-court procedures (ad hoc mandates, conciliations) and insolvency proceedings (safeguard, rehabilitation and judicial liquidation) mainly on behalf of creditors, notably financial creditors.

She joined the Business Litigation team of De Pardieu as an associate in 2018.
